I. Project Financing
Real Estate Development:
Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, Shopping Centers, Marinas, Golf Courses, Office Buildings, and Construction Loans.
Trades:
New Plants, Humanitarian Projects, Telecommunications, Highways, Bridges, Hospitals. Light to Heavy Industries, Electronics, software and Hardware. Offering straight debt or equity financing.
II. CD's and Bank Guarantees:
Will arrange line of credit, straight purchase for cash, or fund any major prime bank guarantees, LC's, SLC,s. After submission of the following questionnaire and confirmation of funds, the lending office will contact the principal directly and arrange for formal application.
III. Large Capital Lending programs:
$10,000,000 for period of 12 months. The confirmation of the asset will be verified bank to bank First and the original letter of confirmation will be released upon receipt of Prime Bank Guarantee.

Executive Summary of the project.
Most recent appraisal value by a professionally known appraisal company.
How much of the project is completed.
Why is there shortage of funds?
Feasibility studies, the most vital information.?
What is the actual equity of the principals in the project? How much money have the principals invested so far in the project?
What is the value of the project after the completion?
Break down of use of funds and projected cash flows for three years by month?
Personal and corporation financial statements.
Color photos of the sight.
Proof of or the means to verify as principal borrower you have at least 1% to 3%liquid cash available for closing and due diligence fees. The sight visit and due diligence may cost any where from $5,000 to $15,000 depending on the location of the project and its complexity.
Our retainer fee for project financing is 1.00% to 2.00% of the funded amount to be paid AT THE CLOSING. After receipt and review of the executive summary and all the above information, we will provide the preliminary underwriting. If we are convinced that the project is a viable one, we will then initiate the NCND and Fee Agreement with principals.
Resume of the management.
If there is a bank guarantee, please provide confirmation of that guarantee by the issuing bank or entity (on their letter head) with names of the officers, fax and telephone numbers for verification purposes.
